I received this knife as a gift and I can tell you that it is perfect for the BBQ, its weight is perfect (in my opinion) it gives you the impression of being an extension of your arm.
I love it so much that I brought it with me on vacation in preparation to make pork ribs (the one pictured) 😅😋

Wow, these are SHARP. I was in desperate need of kitchen knives that didn't dull immediately... basically, you get what you pay for. The ones I had were not good quality and didn't live up to these.

First of all, the wooden block they come in is HEAVY. It's beautiful and looks really nice in my kitchen.

Second, the handles are well shaped and feel good in my hand. Easy to manipulate.

Then they are super sharp. So easy to prepare.

A wide variety of styles so you have all the essentials. These are very chic for someone who doesn't know what they need in their kitchen (me).
I would recommend these if you want a good set of knives and don't know what you want/need

Dieses Messer ist wirklich sehr schön mit dem dunklen Holzgriff und der Stahlangel. These Angels are located on the perfect Balance, and the Schwerpunkt is usually on the planet. Der Griff ist gut geformet und liegt super bequem in der Hand. Der Kropf ist auch sehr bequem und die leicht nach innen geneigte Klingenwurzel ermöglicht eine ausgezeichnete Kontrolle. Naturally it is so strong, aber das ist ziemlich irrelevant, bisher hat es seine Schärfe gut gehalten. I have already seen it, but it's time for davon to take care of everything you need.

Eine meiner Beschwerden über diese Art von Messerset ist eigentlich eine persönliche Angelegenheit, mir gefällt der sehr aufrechte Ziehwinkel des Messerblocks nicht. See the picture below. Ich sage nicht, dass es ein Mangel ist, denn wenn Sie es auf einer Kücheninsel oder einer gewerblichen Arbeitsfläche verwenden, ist Platz Mangelware und Sie haben die Höhe, um nach oben zu ziehen.

Ok, das war mein Negativpunkt an diesem Set. Nun zu dem, was ich daran liebe:

1. Die Griffe der Messer sind gut geformt und ausgewogen. Ich habe dieses Messer im letzten Monat jeden Tag bei der Beit verwendet und es hat sich sehr gut gehalten. Ich muss es noch schärfen.

This set of knives are SUPER SHARP. I couldn't get over that I could cut a lemon with a pairing knife, let alone to see the lemon translucent! These cut like butter - no work in this set at all. Makes prepping food a pleasure! Let's see in a month or two how they hold up. Review to be continued after having them for a while..........

Well balanced knife, excellent blade, good grip

This knife was sharper when I took it out of the box than any other knife I have ever bought. In fact, when I took it out I got a small cut on my palm.
Of course, initial sharpness is only one factor (we'll see how it holds up and whether or not it rusts), but that first impression was a good one and that matters a lot.

The knife is heavy for its size, but not too heavy. The handle is comfortable and fits the tang perfectly. If it really is an AUS10 and a true Damascus, I think it will work very well.
The knife is beautiful. I am very happy with the purchase.
