Great knife, slow shipping.

Beautifully made knife with great balance, full tang construction and positive finger guard. I have fairly large hands (for a man) and the handle fits perfectly; if you have smaller hands you might prefer something a little smaller. Was charged €10 for '1-3 days expedited shipping' and it took 10 days to arrive. Either reduce shipping costs, or improve delivery time.

Grand couteau petit prix !

Un couteau de cuisine de tous les jours avec un chef professionnel à l'esprit. Super prix ! Un couteau à montrer lors de la préparation du gril. Très tranchant, attrayant, bon équilibre et polyvalent avec une gaine pour loger ce grand couteau. Pas besoin de scier avec cela. Il semble que personne ne pense à un grand couteau jusqu'à ce qu'il jure sur le leur. Ma belle-fille en est le cas.

Sharp, élégant et amusant à utiliser

J'ai acheté deux couteaux en même temps, ce couteau, et l'autre Paudin un peu moins cher qui est actuellement le choix d'Amazon. Les deux sont de solides couteaux de cuisine standard, mais le SHAN ZU gagne dans toutes les catégories pour moi. Pour le fond, je suis un simple cuisinier à domicile, je cuisine des choses normales en quantités ménagères et j'utilise ce couteau trois fois par jour.

Premièrement, le Paudin est un peu plus épais, et a un angle étrange pour un droitier lors de la coupe. Ce n'est pas très précis. Je me sens un peu en danger lorsque je l'utilise. Le manche est en bois fin mais non traité.

J'adore le SHAN ZU parce que la lame fine coupe avec précision et proprement. Il n'y a pas de combat avec la lame. Il est également plus tranchant que le Paudin (et oui, je les ai aiguisés tous les deux quand ils sont arrivés.) Le paquet est également livré avec un protège-doigts (peut-être que vous en avez besoin si vous coupez des légumes toute la journée, mais pour une préparation simple du dîner pas vraiment nécessaire . mais ça marche !), un protège-lame (ne jamais l'utiliser) et un aiguiseur avec un côté grossier et un côté fin. CECI que j'adore, et je l'utilise tous les jours !

Le manche est en bois lisse poli, il est frais au toucher et est un plaisir absolu à tenir. Il a l'air fantastique et offre un excellent contrôle du couteau.

Si vous recherchez un couteau de cuisine de base pour une utilisation quotidienne régulière, dépensez quelques euros de plus et obtenez le SHAN ZU. 10/10 achèteraient certainement à nouveau.

Super scharf, super schön!

Das Messer hat eine richtig schöne Optik! Die Verpackung und das Zubehör waren klasse und sehr elegant eingepackt. Es liegt gut in der Hand. Wollte kurz Wasser drüberlaufen lassen und fahre mit der Hand über das Messer, wie ich mein altes immer bei kleinen Verschmutzungen sauber gemacht hab, zack ... geschnitten. Ist also recht scharf. Ob das auf längere Sicht so bleibt muss ich noch herausfinden. Bis jetzt kann ich das Messer nur empfehlen... ich würde es wieder kaufen.

In der Disziplin Preis>/Leistung sticht dieses Messer von SHAN ZU schon einmal ALLE anderen Mitbewunderer locker aus .
Als kleines BonBon bekommt man als Käufer sogar noch einen sehr wichtigen und sinnvollen Schneideschutz für die Finger mitgeliefert.
