J'ai reçu cette couteau en cadeau et je puisse vous dire que c'est parfait pour le bbq, son poids est parfait (a mon avis) ca te donne l'impression d'être la prolongation de ton bras.
Je l'aime tellement que je l'ai amené avec moi en vacances en prévision de faire des ribs de porc (celle en photo) 😅😋

Dieses Messer ist wirklich sehr schön mit dem dunklen Holzgriff und der Stahlangel. Diese Angel trägt zur perfekten Balance bei, der Schwerpunkt liegt genau am Kropf. Der Griff ist gut geformt und liegt super bequem in der Hand. Der Kropf ist auch sehr bequem und die leicht nach innen geneigte Klingenwurzel ermöglicht eine ausgezeichnete Kontrolle. Natürlich ist es sofort scharf, aber das ist ziemlich irrelevant, bisher hat es seine Schärfe gut gehalten. Ich habe vor, mir noch ein paar davon als Weihnachtsgeschenke zu besorgen.
Une fois reçu, le couteau était en fait plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais. J'ai adoré son apparence, il a un bon poids, pas lourd, il était vraiment agréable dans ma main. Bien équilibré…..
This knife was sharper when I took it out of the box than any other knife I have ever bought. In fact, when I took it out I got a small cut on my palm.
Of course, initial sharpness is only one factor (we'll see how it holds up and whether or not it rusts), but that first impression was a good one and that matters a lot.
The knife is heavy for its size, but not too heavy. The handle is comfortable and fits the tang perfectly. If it really is an AUS10 and a true Damascus, I think it will work very well.
The knife is beautiful. I am very happy with the purchase.
Il potere magnetico di questo per i coltelli grande dato che ho bambini in giro. Mi piace l'aspetto di questi coltelli e il manico si adatta molto bene alla mia mano. Il codolo passante un tocco di classe. Dureranno a lungo e forse saranno tramandati ai miei figli. Li consiglio.
Compré el cuchillo como regalo, mano de obra impecable y realmente muy afilado. Lamentablemente no puedo decir nada sobre la retención del filo, pero por experiencia puedo decir que este cuchillo se puede afilar sin problemas.
Qualitativ wirklich in Ordnung. Sehr sch?n Holzblock. Ergonomisch liegen die Messer super in der Hand und sind sackscharf. Nach einigen Wochen Einsatz noch keine Ermdungserscheinungen zu erkennen.
Fr den Hobbykoch absolut empfehlenswert. Fr den Preis kaum zu schlagen.

When I was young I did a lot of work as a chef and learned what good knives are like. These are very good knives. Everything about this set is stunningly beautiful from the incredible block to the handles of the knives. The knives themselves are so sharp, it is almost unreal. Be extremely careful handling these knives as most consumer grade knives are not nearly as sharp as these. Even the wood block can bite you. When I separated the two halves and then put them back together, I had my finger in the wrong place and got a blood blister. So the basic message is these knives are fantastic but be super careful with them.
The set comes with everything you need, although I was surprised there was not a pair of shears at this price point. I'm completely mesmerized by the block and the great quality of the wood that was used. This is something you'll be proud to have in your kitchen, as I am. I highly recommend these and I highly recommend you be very careful with them
Looks and feels great very sharp cut myself using it the first cutting a melon whent through like butter. After a week of heavy use in busy restaurant kitchen without being sharpenend it has somewhat dented the edge a little but still sharp and cutting veg nicely. Definitely worth the price and recommend
