The delivery time of the order is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 1-2 business days after ordering.

Delivery to Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United States.
- The above-mentioned countries enjoy free shipping service, and we are unable to deliver orders to customers located in other countries or regions.
- Shipping time is 5-20 business days.
- Please note that all packages are shipped from SHAN ZU, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when you purchase from SHAN ZU.
Notes:
1) Express shipping is not available for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping time does not include the 1-2 business day processing period required to process your order from the date it was placed.
3) We will do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.
4) If your package does not arrive within 40 days of your order, you must contact customer service within 180 days of your order.
5) If an order is declined, we charge $10 per order and credit the balance of the order.
6) We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so order processing may be delayed.
