Great quality Knives - Beautiful Block - These are Razor Sharp and Must be Carefully Handled

When I was young I did a lot of work as a chef and learned what good knives are like. These are very good knives. Everything about this set is stunningly beautiful from the incredible block to the handles of the knives. The knives themselves are so sharp, it is almost unreal. Be extremely careful handling these knives as most consumer grade knives are not nearly as sharp as these. Even the wood block can bite you. When I separated the two halves and then put them back together, I had my finger in the wrong place and got a blood blister. So the basic message is these knives are fantastic but be super careful with them.

The set comes with everything you need, although I was surprised there was not a pair of shears at this price point. I'm completely mesmerized by the block and the great quality of the wood that was used. This is something you'll be proud to have in your kitchen, as I am. I highly recommend these and I highly recommend you be very careful with them

J'ai été très impressionné par l'aspect, le toucher et la qualité générale de ce set de couteaux.
La première chose que j'ai remarquée en manipulant les couteaux est leur poids. Ils sont assez lourds. Ils ont un poids agréable et sont capables de trancher les aliments avec facilité. Ma femme a été impressionnée par le tranchant. Ils sont extrêmement tranchants, surtout pour un couteau à double biseau. Elle les a utilisés pour couper des rouleaux de sushi aujourd'hui. Le couteau a pu couper facilement sans se déchirer.
Le porte-couteau est également en bois de haute qualité et la partie avant se glisse pour que vous puissiez apporter l'ensemble des couteaux à steak de l'ensemble sur la table.
Les manches en bois sont magnifiques. En comparaison, cet ensemble fait passer mon ancien ensemble de couteaux (vieux de moins d'un an) pour un déchet.

L'ensemble de 16 couteaux japonais SHAN ZU est un ensemble complet de couteaux de cuisine, et tous les couteaux étaient très tranchants dès leur sortie de la boîte. L'ensemble est livré avec un joli bloc de couteaux en bois d'acacia, qui s'harmonise avec les manches de couteaux en tortue noire (Genbu). Les manches sont ergonomiques et se sentent bien dans ma main pendant l'utilisation, ce qui facilite la découpe des petits et des grands objets. Ma femme est également très impressionnée par le design des ciseaux. Ces couteaux ont l'air et la sensation de durer longtemps. J'en suis très satisfait jusqu'à présent.

High Quality Knife Set

This 16 piece knife set is complete set. I am very impressed by the quality of this product. The blades for the knifes are premium Japanese stainless steel. They are manufactured for flexibility and corrosion and rust resistance. The handles are very comfortable and the overall weight makes these knifes a perfect fit when using. The Block has two parts which allows you to separate the Steak knifes (2nd photo) which is helpful. The knife block is 8.7 x 6.3 x 8.9 inches. I highly recommend this knife set.

I. Qualit - Il ne fait aucun doute qu'il s'agit d'un set haut de gamme qui s'accompagne d'une qualit l'avenant. Tout semble haut de gamme, depuis les magnifiques manches en bois noir, les lames aiguises comme des rasoirs et, bien s?r, le bloc de rangement.
II. Performance - Ces couteaux sont extrmement bien forms et tranchants ds leur sortie de la bo?te. Ils sont faciles aiguiser et semblent bien tenir le tranchant pour un acier japonais.
III. Utilisation - La forme du manche est trs agrable tenir en main et facile nettoyer sans tre trop doux.

Globalement, j'aime beaucoup ce set de couteaux et il est rapidement devenu mon set de prdilection, c'est un plaisir de l'utiliser chaque fois que j'en ai l'occasion. Je recommande vivement ce set, si vous aimez l'aspect l'cran, vous les adorerez lorsqu'ils seront prts l'emploi. Jusqu' prsent, tout s'est trs bien pass avec cet ensemble, mais si je commence avoir des problmes avec lui, je ne manquerai pas de mettre jour cet article.

Perfektes Set

Dieser Satz von Küchenmessern hat eine schöne Reihe von Messern einschließlich eines Schärfers und Schere. Ich mag die Akazienholzblock, der auch mit nur die Steakmesser spaltet. Sehr schlanke Messer, ich mache mir ein bisschen Sorgen, wenn ich fettige oder nasse Hände habe, dass ich die Griffe nicht gut greifen kann. Sehr schön aussehende Set insgesamt und würde ein Geschenk für jeden Hausbesitzer zu bekommen!

Endlich genug Messer

Seit Ewigkeiten ärger ich mich mit meinem billigen Ikea Messer und habe mir nun endlich mal einen ordentlichen Messerblock gegönnt.

Was soll ich sagen, der größte Fehler war das ich es nicht vorher gemacht habe. Wenn man Jahrelang mit einem Stumpfen Messer gearbeitet hat merkt man das gar nicht aber wenn man einmal so ein top scharfes Messer benutzt hat und dazu noch einen Praktischen Weztstahl hat damit es auch scharf bleibt will man nie wieder zurück.

Die Messer kommen in einer sehr schönen und Edeln Verpackung die sich auch super als Geschenk eignen würde.

Die Messer sind super verarbeitet und die Auswahl ist sehr umfangreich, für jeden Zweck das passende dabei. Auch die Steakmesser finde ich super, dadurch das Sie im Block stehen werden Sie in der Schublade nicht stumpf. Der Block ist viel besser als die Messer in der Schublade wo immer alles aneinander Reibt oder man in die Klinge fasst und ist dazu noch ein stylischer Hingucker in der Küche. Alles in allem ein super set zu einem sehr fairen Preis.
